Full Day Skate Camp Skate and More camp is a great way for skateboarders to improve their skateboarding skills, while enjoying some of the fun amenities offered at Columbia Association. From 9am - noon each day, campers will spend time at the skate park. Beginning skateboarders will receive instruction about skateboarding basics (balance, safety, pumping and turning). Intermediate skateboarders will be taught techniques for skateboarding on half pipes, ramps and jumps. Campers will have the opportunity to progress atntheir own pace. After lunch, campers will enjoy fun activities, including miniature golf, batting cages and swimming. Campers should bring a lunch, backpack, water bottle, skateboard, helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and a bathing suit. Campers may also bring money to purchase items from the SportsPark snack bar. Campers must know how to swim, as they will not receive swimming instruction.
